WARMUP: normal stuff
THE THANG: we did four corners with 30 merkins, 60 lbcs, 90 squats and 120 flutters.  We then sprint work x 6, 50 yard sprint followed by 10 big boys.  Partner workout consisting of running and burning while other partner did 100 Bonnie Blair’s, 150 donkey kicks, 200 lbcs, 150 mountain climbers and 100 merkins.  Then did 11s with American hammers and jump squats with mode of transportation as lunges.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: blood drive this Friday, q school at clinic.  Everything else was in other subregions, so they were not really important.  
COT:  prayers for UGA woman and those impacted by her murder, faulty’s recovery and other stuff. Thankfully our intercessor remembers better than I do.
