We did 3 sets of 7’s (like 11’s, but 7’s). All sets started in the same spot. We first did a combo of Mike Tysons and Burpees with a run on a long hill in between. Second set a combo of bobby hurley’s and bonnie blairs which lunges in betwee. Lastly we did a combo of big boys and freddie mercury’s with a run on a steep hill.

The PAX were complaining about those lunges for days afterward which I took as a great compliment.
