Enter the softball fields at each entrance, 5 burpees to get in, run to the concession stand, complete the exercise and quantity at the top of the list, run back out the same way you came in, 10 hand release merkins, circle the track counter-clockwise, and enter at the next gate, 5 burpees, run to the concession stand, exercise, run out, 10 HR merkins, continue this until the BD is called.
There was some Mary at the end.

NMM-Glad that Sparkles and Air Bud came out for a taste of The Arena. Look forward to having them back next week.
The Arena is awesome. Miles and great exercises. Hand release merkins really make you engage the core.
JB and Geek Squad showed up to strut around the fields while the PAX lapped them. They both have boo-boos that they are recovering from.
Farm Country was the 6th man. He wants you as a parent to chill out on your kids and coaches. If it is not fun, your kids will begin to hate it.
