WARMUP: Mosey to the turf field, 50 yard line…typical warm-ups while Misty, Law Dog (for his annual visit) and Pella discussed the rise of The Kodiak and the great numbers.
THE THANG:
THANG #1 – Indian Run Marathon
– Normal indian run, but the last Pax runs to the middle of the football and does the following exercises, then jumps back in the line, at the front. The other pax continue running around the football field. Had to modify this some as the plan was for 5 rounds…we knocked out #1 and #3…

Round #1 = 10 Merkins in the Center
#2 – 20 Squats
#3 – 30 LBCs
#4 – 40 SSHs
#5 – 5 Burpees

THANG # 2 – Some Broad Jumping
Started at the Goal line..broad jump to the 20yl. Do 20 BBS. BroadJump to the 40yl, 40 Mtn Climbers. BroadJump to 40, 40 BBS..and so on to the other GL. Mosey back to the start or jump in with the 6.

THANG #3
Starting at GL,
1. 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats…backwards broadjumps to the 50YL.
2. 5, 10, 15 of the same, the normal broadjumps back to the GL.
3. Rinse and repeat back to the start…

THANG #4
Mosey to the playground and did 11s of Swerkins and Pull-ups!

all done and finish, right on time, 8am and the flag!

After, we had a quick cup of coffee that Bloodhound brought out and then the ENTIRE group headed over to help with the Holiday Lights! Great bunch of HIM this morning and P-Nut, Bloodhounds 2.0. She fits in great with all of us old men! Newsom, Waffle Cone, & Razor then joined w/ the lights..great dudes as well
