WARMUP: Mosey around the track, then the usual MK warm up.
THE THANG: Indian Ring Around the Rosie Run

Did an Indian Run around the track while each PAX ran to the center of the field to do BOMBS. We did each letter one at a time as group, started with 5 Burpees, then 10 Overhead Air Chair Presses, then 15 Merkins, 20 BBS and we would have finished with 25 squats but we ran out of time. We ended up running a 5K.
