The Appetizer
Its an Indian Bear crawl, Pax in the back did three burpees then ran to the front.
The Thang
Went to the truck and got out the coupons. (The Big Bolts)
Rotation of exercises with a run worked in. Curls in the field, run to the first landing of the steps and do Calf Raises, run to the top and do Merkins, run to the first landing on the other side and perform squats and then run back to the start. We started with 5 of each and increased by 1 rep each round. We got to the low teens before we were smoked. Some crazies decided to modify up and carry their coupon with them the whole time.
The Dessert
Ring of fire holding the coupon in a half curl position while each PAX took turns performing curls starting at 3 and working down to 1 each. Did a little single file march around the field performing whatever pain YHC could think of with the coupon along the way. (Rifle carry, curls, presses and then rifle carry again.)
We put the toys away and that was time!
Count off, name o’rama, 6th Man (E-Tool), prayers lifted and coffeteria finished us up. Special shoutout to Edibles who followed me to 5 of the 8 beatdowns this week and played with the Big Bolts 4 of those days. I appreciate the support and I know your arms are smoked like mine!
