“I Got You” was the title for today’s workout. The workout consisted of 5 stations with 2 exercises at each station. We partnered up and each person did an exercise for a duration of a 3-5 minute song. We were able to switch exercises during a 3-5 minute song with the phrase “I Got You”.
Exercises: Bear Crawls, Burpie, Lunges, Deep Squats, Flutter Kicks, Side Straddle Hops, Copperhead Murcans, Monkey Humpers
At the end of the workout, we ended in our “Circle of Trust” where we asked if there were any announcements or prayer requests.
