11s with merkins at the top of the hill and big boy sit-ups at the bottom. Two coupons floated around if either one touched the ground everyone did 25 burpees if you had a coupon during the 11s you did overhead presses and Louganis’. Once we finished 11s we moseyed down to the basketball courts where we put the coupons down and did a bear in the woods routine. (20 bear crawl paces then the back half of a mike tyson every 5 paces, 20 crawl bear paces then a carolina drydock every 5 paces). After bear in the woods we did 55s with sit-ups increasing and oddjob squats decreasing. Backdraft bowed out early so cookies took over. We moseyed back up to the pavilion with 7 minutes remaining and did cookies version of 21s with sit-ups increasing and burpees decreasing. It sucked but that’s why we do it.
