QIC rolled into the River Green community early this morning. The gloom was ever so present and the rain had just begun and he thought to himself “Today is going to be a good day”
There were definite signs of Hurricane NOGA making landfall in the coming moments. But alas QIC was not alone in his fight to squash the storm.

PAX started with 4 stations with 2 workouts at each station. 5 Categories in a hurricane so we ramped up to match her intensity each round. At the end of each Category PAX performed burpees in the Eye of the Storm starting with 6 and adding 1 each round.
Exercises were: Squats, LBCs, Gas Pumps, Mountain Climbers, Flutter Kicks, Imperial Walkers, Merkins and SSH
10 of each exercise at the varying stations
20 of each exercise at the stations
Category 3 – We noticed that our 10 strong HIMS were only making this hurricane angry and the intensity took off and mumblechatter died.
30 of each exercise at the stations
Category 4 – She is mad and fighting strong.
40 of each exercise at the stations
Category 5 – Full on rage from her but the PAX keeps fighting.
50 of each exercise at the stations
Hurricane NOGA finally gave in when a few of the PAX hit that 10 burpee mark in the eye of the storm.
She quickly became a Tropical Storm and the countdown in reps began from 40, only a few PAX had the strength and energy to continue on but continue on they did!
QIC was more than happy to come lead this group of fine gentlemen this morning and looks forward to visiting again soon.
