WARMUP: SSH, Imperial Walkers, and the infamous Weed Pickers!
THE THANG: A lot of running sprinkled with surprise exercises: Merkins (normal, diamonds, and wide), squats (normal and side squats), ab exercises, butt kicks, shoulder taps, freddie mercuries, and high knees and some great mumble chatter. Finished off with burpees and Flutter Kicks.
