Warm-o-rama: Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Side Plank Crunches, Sun Gods
The Thing: There were five cones around the amphitheater floor. We did each exercise at each station and then moved on to the next exercise. Some of us finished, some did not. Fun and pain was had by all!
10 Carolina Dry Docks + Calf Raises
15 Cracker Jacks (Starting in ATG-Frog Squat position, w/ both arms extended straight down b/w legs + hands planted on ground. Perform a Star Jump & return to 1st position.)
20 Diamond Merkins
25 Flutter Kicks (double count)
30 Overhead Press
35 LBC’s (Single Count)
45 American Hammers (Double Count)
50 Monkey Humpers
Praying for Catalina’s back to be healed, for @Stopwatch and for @Snowflake’s mom. We also prayed for all the teachers and their families.
