Old Fashioned Bloodhound Q today
1/4 mile loop with 4 ascending stations with elevating reps 5/10/15/20/15/10/5
- Log press – each shoulder = 1
- Man makers with sandbag
- Sandbag over the shoulder throw – each shoulder = 1
- Sandbag throws with stationary feet
Had to complete each station before ascending to the next level, if the station was occupied you ran another lap. I think most made it back to 10 or at least finished 15. Did a quick burpee warm-up and cool down.
