Light the Candles!
Did three round for 57 reps total of each exercise
– 19 merkins
– 19 squats
– 19 BBSU
– Lap around the parking lot

Blow Out the Candles
Partner Up (Non Cumulative Count). Partner A runs to end of parking lot and back while Partner B works on their reps…then flip flop
– 57 American Hammers (Kodiak)
– 57 Shoulder Taps (Kodiak)
– 57 LBC’s
– 57 SSH

Birthday Party Game:
Partners get into a low plank facing each other. Play rock / paper / scissors. Winner does a merkin & loser does a burpee. Tie = both partners do a merkin. Played 10 rounds.

Make me feel good!
We did 19 flutter kicks and then held 6″ while all PAX sang their worst rendition of “Happy Birthday”. The PAX did not hold back and belted out a pathetic sounding melody! Loved it!

MARY: Got back to the flag so we finished up with 2 more round of flutters and two rounds of Happy Birthday (tempo seemed to pick up a bit on that 3rd round). Threw a few monkey humpers in there somewhere as well.

COT: Great to have Legionnaire and Gandhi out today! Prayer for Bloodhound, Super Dave, Laura Croft, Flower, and Red Hat safe travels during their trip. Maybe a few others were mentioned I don’t remember.
