YHC was due for a Q at the Colosseum.
Extended mosey of roughly one mile. We did the warm o Rama one exercise at a time throughout the mosey. SSH, copperhead squats, imperial walkers, weed pickers, Sun gods/Michael Phelps.
Coupons were retrieved and the real work began. Rifle carry “guardian” walk around the parking lot. If the block goes down, the line stops and we all do 2 burpees. Strong suspicion that Dougboy kept calling blocks down just so we could all do burpees.
Next up we did 4 corners. 25 reps of squats, coupon swings, curls and 2 count flutter kicks with block elevated. In between each exercise, either rifle carry or farmer carry the block between stations. Exercise of the PAXs choice at the last corner on the 6. Run it back a second time.
Next up, the coupons were stored. Guardian run for a lap back to the flag, and then 3 minutes of Mary.
We got to hear from Hangnail as the 6th man. Prayers for Brad Pitt’s M and her upcoming hip replacement. Prayers for us all to be better husbands, fathers, leaders and men.
