Moseyed to the air plane for warm-o-rama. After welcome & disclaimer 15 SSH IC, 15 WP IC, 15 Copperhead Squats IC, Sun Gods OYO, Michael Phelps OYO.
Moseyed back to parking lot to pick up logs & moseyed back to field with logs in tow (& one cinder block, crazy).
Did 60 seconds of each exercise with our logs:
1) Bear Crawls rolling logs in front
2) Step ups w/ log press
3) SSH w/ log press
4) Shuttle run w/ log in tow
5) Squats w/ log press
6) Lunges w/ log overhead
Repeated the above with 45 second intervals.
Then had a 5 minute break from logs to do 50 Donkey Kicks, 50 Merkins, 50 Jump Squats, 50 Big Boy Situps followed by another much needed mosey.
Finished with a Mary holding our logs again. 20 Leg Flutters w/ log press IC, 15 American (log) hammers (2-1) semi-IC, Crunchy frogs w/ logs IC (thanks @Downward Dog), J-lo’s balancing on our logs IC (thanks @Snot Rocket), Freddie Mercuries w/ log press IC (thanks @Camper Van), Windshield wiper over logs IC (thanks @Village People), and, last but not least, 6 inches w/ log press IC (curse you @Blowfish).
Moseyed back to the flag for circle of trust including the naming of two new FNGs. Logs happily discarded in the back of my truck.
