WARMUP: Moseyed up the stairs to the parking lot for some SSH, weed pickers, GM, Sun gods, and MP. Counting/cadence by yours truly was subpar at best.
THE THANG:
-Ran long way from parking lot to reservoir
-4 lap circuit run around reservoir. 20 Squats x 4, 20 Merkins x 4, 20 big boys x 4
-Ran up hill stopping at each light pole and doing 20 lunges, then ran back down hill and knocked out 3 burpees each time back down.
