WARMUP: SSH, Weedpickers, Imperial Walkers, Sungods, Michael Phelps
THE THANG:
Moseyed around the court back to the parking lot to pick up coupons. Took 6 coupons to 6 stations spread out around the field. Spread the PAX out to 2 or 3 per station.

PAX did the following exercises (1 per station) AMRAP until they advanced to the next station.
Mountain Climbers
Merkins
BBS
Lunges
Squats
Hillbilly Walkers

The only way to advance from one station to the next was to carry a coupon. Logs, kbells, sandbags and slosh pipes made up the coupons.
After completing all 6 station, each PAX would run a lap.

All PAX completed all 6 stations twice, some a few more.
MARY: Carried coupons back to truck and a few PAX got in a few flutters.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: WaHo day, but I had coffee for those who stayed.

Today was WaHo day, but nobody went, except for @Hustler (aka Scooby) and @Blarney (Scrappy? 🤣) who didn’t show up for the beatdown so had to eat by themselves. 🤣
