WARMUP: Weedpicker to avoid tears
THE THANG: Everyone on goal line, 1 person goes deep (at least 10 yards or everyone bear crawls) if they catch, we sprint to them and do 5 squats, if they drop, we spring to them and do burpees.
Complete 500 yards…many burpees were done.
