BD- DORA Style one PAX ran around the drop off loop, and flap jacked with the other doing 50 Merkins, 100 Flutter Kicks (4 ct), 100 Dips, and then 100 Squats. When all PAX finished, we did 50 Mike Tyson’s, 100 LBCs, 100 Overhead Claps, and 100 Bonnie Blair’s. The I handed the Q over to Training Wheelz for some Classical Music Trivia – Indigenous Person Run, and some Febreeze fun!!!
