Long mosey around the lower lot then circle up for a few IC exercises
Run to the 1st light pole then circle back for the 6. Once we all make it to the light pole the lead man called in cadence 5 burpees. Then run back to the sidewalk.
Next, run to the next farthest light pole and come back to the 6 and bring him in. Leadman called 5 burpees and the 2nd place called 10 squats, then back to the sidewalk. 3rd round, same thing to the third light, lead man called burpees, 2nd man called 10 squats, 6 called 15 merkins, then back to the sidewalk. Final round, run to the entrance of the parking lot, in the same manner, lead called burpees, 2nd called squats, 3rd called merkins, 6 called big boy sit-ups, then back to the sidewalk.
Next, we went to the stadium and partnered up. One man ran down and back up the stairs while his partner held balls to the wall. If you fall off the wall your team has 6 buddy merkins. Once the merkins are done switch. If both men make it the distance/ hold the wall for both runs they will stay in for the next round. If either man fell that team is out and will take a lap around the track. We will continue until we have 1 team that has won.
If there is any time left we will run to the big hill in the back of the school for 11’s with merkins & Big Boy Sit-ups. That sucked and time was running short so after a few rounds, we started to head back to the flag. We stopped along the way for some dips & step-ups at some picnic tables we passed then made our way down the hill. Finish with a little Mary which MA Bell tried to hijack but was unsuccessful.
