A few brave souls showed up early and went for a pre-trail run led by Slow Burn, or a Snot Rocket solo pre-ruck.

We moseyed down towards the bottom parking lot and circled up for Warm-a Rama

We the moseyed to our coupon storage area and grabbed one for everyone.  We headed back to the main lot and started the thing (after a few technical difficulties with YHC’s speaker, it worked fine last night I swear!).

Do each exercise for one minute, with 10 seconds rest between each.  Once we get through all ten, a slightly longer rest and then we repeat the whole thing again.  The big incentive was that if your coupon touches the ground, there was a 10 burpee penalty.  Everyone kept their coupon off the ground for a total of 23 minutes and not one burpee was performed. Then we took our coupons back to the storage spot.  We moseyed back to the main lot for some last minute sprint work, and ended with about 3 minutes of Mary.


YHC really enjoyed this morning, it was a great turnout.  Always glad to be with you men out in the gloom, and I am thankful that I found F3.  Prayers for Doughboy and Honeydo’s upcoming new 2.0s.
