Imperial Walkers, Weed Pickers
“CHIPS AND DIP”
Complete 20 reps each of exercises, then run 25 yards and back (light pole for landmark)
1 – Calf Raises, Dips
2 – Hello Dollies, Dips
3 – Imperial Walkers, Dips
4 – Pickle Pounders, Dips
5 – Squats, Dips
Mosey to the flag and plank/mary on the 6, then repeat the routine. Goal of 4 full cycles.
3 rounds were completed and the group picked up the 6 for his last set of dips before returning for the flag. Almost everyone got 420 dips in. Great team work!
