The theme was 11. We started off with the warm-a-rama which consisted of SSHs, Weed Pickers, Sun Gods, and Michael Phelps. We then transitioned into 3 sets of 11’s. We started set 1 with Merkins at one cone and then lunge walked to the next cone for some squats. The second set consisted Merkins with Shoulder Taps, back pedal to the next cone and perform Alternating Squats. The third set was modified due to time constraints. It started off with burpees and went straight into Monkey Crunches. We got about half way done with the third set when it was time to circle up and work on our core. We pumped out 11 reps of 4-count Big Boy Sit-Ups, Flutter Kicks, American Thors, and Plank Jacks. We finished the BD with a COT.
We celebrated the chance to get up today and breath and workout with our peers. Not everyone gets that opportunity. No, February 11th is not a major holiday on the calendar, but it is a day to be thankful for. We are not guaranteed the next day. Way to push it men!
We continue to pray for and help those in need or are dealing with the lost of a loved one.
We ended with a prayer and coffee. A great start to my morning, that is for sure.
