Spotify decided we needed to slow it down, and provided some 80s rock slow jams which brought many Pax back to their HS prom days. YHC could have been conceived to these very same songs.

YHC perfectly timed the length of the workout which consisted of 10 exercises performed in tandem with a partner (one did the work, while the other ran down and back across the parking lot) then back together for a core exercise before moving on to the next.  A perfect total body BD
