Grab a rock for some lunges while doing curls with the rock about 50 yards. (Overhead tricep presses for the six). Lunge back twisting from side to side.
Second round side lunge doing curls out and back.
Finally do 20 overhead presses before returning the rocks. Mosey!!!
Backwards run, forwards, karaoke, back to the flag. Two minutes of box cutters and American Hammers.
