Mosey up performing burpees at each light pole. 1 at first pole, 2 at second pole, etc. (total of 15). then come back down. 5-4-3-2-1 (15 more burpees)

MARY: nope, did 6 minutes of yoga using the Q’s small cellular device. it was described by some PAX as chaos. However, arent all of YHC’s Qs full of chaos and disruption (maybe starfish were observed depending on your position in yoga) Some degree of stretching was achieved by the PAX.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Nantan Coco is working on filling out Woodstock Sub Region SLT. Applications can be submitted weekdays to Wally between the hours of 12 and 2. A letter of recommendation along with an essay of why you want to be on the Woodstock SLT should be submitted as well. Applications will be reviewed as they are received.
