The Thang: Let’s load them buses boys. 23 lanes at TLD. Run to lane 23 and perform 23 merkins, run back to lane 1, knock out 5 burpees, and run to lane 22. 22 squats, and back to lane 1 for 5 more burpees. Lane 21, american hammers (4 count) back to 1 for burpees. Rotate through those three until exhausted.

Total Count:

• Squats – 92
• Merkins – 100
• American Hammers – 84
• Burpees – 115

Once done rinse and repeat with Carolina Dry-Docks, Lunges, and LBCS. No burpees this round.

COT: Prayers for Dump Truck and his M as they go to visit their specialist on Monday. Prayers for all PAX dealing with medical issues.
