WARMUP: The Usual
THE THANG: We met some of Big.Bobby.Burpee’s companions today. We lined up in the big lot on the first parking lot line. Each set had 1-2 exercises and the last exercise advanced to the next line (total of 6 sets) per companion. In between each we did a 1.5 laps around the lot.

Big.Bonnie.Bearpee – His ugly step sister. She’s angry and has hairier legs than you do. We did 10 reps each per set.

J-Lo.Star.Broad Jump – She’s not good for Bobby. Very toxic relationship, so much so we switched to Toy Soldiers half way through. We did 10 reps each per set.

Mikey T. High Knees – Always hitting bobby up for money and he can’t say no to his friend. We did 15 reps each per set and he drained us of all we had too.

Mtn Climbin’. P Jack. Lunge – Most did not meet him today and he’d prefer it that way. He’s a bit vain, but has rock hard abs! We did 20 reps each per set.
