THE THANG: Trivia style BD composed of 13 grade level questions, K – 12th grade. Get the correct answer, do 10 reps of a specific exercise and a lap. Get it wrong and you do a 5 burpee penalty plus the exercise and lap. Exercises consisted of the following:
