Pax were concerned with the amount of time it took to set out my board. Little did they know I was just mainly fumbling with my Bluetooth speaker so they were spared some crazy BD.

AMRAP Partner Routine with KBs
We partnered up and one partner worked while another partner ran a circuit up the stairs of the high school and down the other set of stairs back to home base.

KB Swings / Goblet squats x 3 sets
Single arm rows / Overhead press x 2 sets
Curls / Tri extensions x 2 sets
Chest press / dead lifts x 2 sets

In between each set above, gathered up to wait on 6 and a pax called count for everyone:
25 Big boys
25 LBCs
25 Flutter kicks
10 American hammers
