THE THANG: Started with a laddering exercise around the Warehouse bldg. 10 BBSU, 20 Merkins, 30 American Hammers, 40 Dips
Stair work – Ran the pyramid stairs starting with 5 burpees at the top and decreased 1 rep each lap – 5 laps
Ran the nearby hill by the field – 5 Burpees, 10 Jump Squats at the top. Decrease by 1 and 2 respectively down to 0. Did 10 SSH at the bottom.
