Shout out to Jersey Shore and Tru-Doh for getting this ball rolling. The concept was to have an F3 FiA Convergence beatdown commemorating 9-11 and the first responders. YHC and my M Switchback had the honor to lead the PAX from both of these great organizations.

We started with a warmarama, SSHn IWs WPs and Windmills.

The THANG

9 exercises, either 11 (the date)  or 20 (20th anniversary) reps.

3 Box jumps 11
4 Full Compliance Merkins 20
5 Monkey Humpers 11
6 LBFK 20
7 Sumo Squats 11
8 Maktars 20
9 Burpees 11

We started by running the stairs with 5 SSH at the top and between each exercise we ran to the top area using one of the four paths to the top. We all planked on the six and stayed together for the whole beatdown.

We then had a moment of silence at the flags, and several of us performed 11 No Surrenders. We ended in a CoT. FiA had two FNGs and they separated to have their naming ceremony.

We all enjoyed coffeeteria after.
