7 Awful Stages of Suck – Rinse and Repeat
Short Mosey, Weed Pickers, and Copperhead Squats
Workout consisted of 5 Stations and a Home Base which each had two exercises to complete. The group was split up into 4 groups of 2 and 1 group of 3. Everyone started together at Home Base and then each group ran to the stage number they called off to begin the workout. After completing the workout, the group ran back to Home Base and then moved on to the next stage and then back to Home Base until the circuit was complete. After all 5 Stations were completed a lap in the parking lot was taken. Rinse and repeat!
Home Base: – 25 SSH and 15 Mike Tyson’s
Stage 1: 20 Curls and 20 Overhead Presses
Stage 2: 30 Monkey Humpers and 30 Squats
Stage 3: 20 Merkins and 20 Carolina Dry Docks
Stage 4: 30 Big Boy Sit-ups and 30 Flutter Kicks on 4 Count!
Stage 5: 40 Imperial Walkers and 50 Mountain Climbers
Stage 6: After completing all stages PAX did a lap in the parking lot
Rinse and Repeat!
