WARMUP: The usual, but NO sun gods or michael phelps.
THE THANG: Partner up: Pax 1 did a moving exercise while Pax 2 did one in place. Once Pax 2 finished, they switched. Each round went across breeze way and back:
1. Lunge/(10) BBSU’s
2. Broad Jump Burpee/(20) Mtn Climbers
3. Bear Crawls/(10) Jumping Squats
4. Crab Walk/Sprint to sign and back to partner

Next, did Merkin Jacks. Ratio of 1:4 up to 5:20 and back to 1:4. The mumblechatter peaked here.

Next, we played a new game called 5 burpees. I started at top of the stairwell and threw a football down to the to the group in the parking lot. Pax that caught it ran to the top for the next round while the others did 5 burpees. Many complained they could not see the ball and their darling faces were in jeopardy of getting hit. Weak.
