THE THANG: Two Rounds of 11s on the field. Squats and Merkins for the first round, Squat 1, Bear Crawl to the 50yard line, 10 Merkins and then lunge back to the Zero Yd line. Repeat until 11s completed.
Round Two was Burpees and BB Sit ups
1 burpee, Bernie to the opposite 0 yard line and 10Sit ups, then broad jumps back to the other side.
It was brutal. We all sweat. No one finished. lol
