Partner up for Burpback Mountain – 1 partner does burpees, other partner runs up and down the hill. Switch. rinse and repeat until collectively get 100 burpees.
We still have some time, moseyed over to the front of the high school.
Curb Crawl – bear crawl 20 yds between two curbs, derkin at each curb, increase by 1 derkin each time. Did this for 4 minutes, then moseyed back to the flag and that’s time!!
