The Thang:
Dora, while your partner runs a lap up and down the stairs you perform one of the 10 Exercises starting at the top, until they return. You each get an opportunity to perform as many as you can until your partner returns, then move on the next exercise.
Upon completing the board, we moved to the stage to finish with modified LBC.
