Who better than Trainingwheelz to do a ZQ? Simply put Z was the theme of all the exercises which required a deeper dive on the Exicon. After the warmarama we started with the Febreze in cadence – 5 sets of increasing pain – 2:10, 4:20, 6:30, 8:40, 10:50. Next we did Jazzy Hops, Zelensky Twist and Zombie Crunches. We did this in the shape of a Z and in between each workout you have to Zombie Walk. A PAX complained there was no Zombie Crawls in the ZQ so after the the second set I called an audible and we did zombie crawls to finish out the beatdown.
