Before there was the thing, there was a warm up. We moseyed around the High School building, past the Grapes of Wrath, just for the view and then back around. We threw in some Side Straddle Hops, Sun Gods, Weed Pickers, Joe DiMaggio’s.
The work out was in the shape of a Z. For the top, we did 20 Mike Tyson’s, 30 Calf Raises, and then 20 LBC’s.
The middle bar was 20 Nipple Scraping Merkins (Inclined Merkins), 30 Squats, and 20 Big Boy Sit-ups.
The bottom was 20 Derkins with our feet on the guard rail, 30 Lunges (single count – 15 each leg), and as we were holding onto the post to the guard rail, we did 20 leg raises, bringing our legs over our head and touching our feet to the guard rail.
We did this 4 times and then ran out of time.
