WARMUP:
THE THANG: – Warmup on Field
– Partner up First partner runs to the opposite goal line and back to the 10. Other partner does merkins until they get to the 10 the. That partner runs all the way down and then back to the 20. Continue until both make it to the goal line and then go back the other way. Once full circuit is complete repeat with squats and then again with Big boy
– Go to Bascomb playground and do pulll ups while partner goes to top of the stairs and does 10 squats and then back down 5 circuits.
– Back through park back to the flag for Mary
