It was a great morning, just a bit of chill in the air and some PAX getting together for fun.

So I had always planned for this day to be a “try your luck” day so the D12 came back out.
I now know why the Tuck Jumps didn’t show there face last time the Die was used, because today we had 6 sets of Tuck Jumps, 15 reps each set, and a couple back to back. Also after having 3 sets of 20 burpees 2 in row YHC knew this was an unlucky group.
Had 4 50ish yard dashes(water break),
3 sets of 20 merkins(2 back to back),
4 sets of 30 bicycle crunches,
2 sets of 20 tricep dips,
1 air chair held for 1 minute,
2 side planks held 30 seconds each side,
2 sets of 30 mountain climbers(per leg),
3 sets of 15 Bonnie Blairs(per leg),
2 sets 30 American Hammer.
