First time Q’ing at the Colosseum.  Inspiration was lacking so I pulled out an eponymous beatdown that I have used in the past.

 

Quick mosey over to the coupon stash.  Warmup with SSH, Weed pickers, Copperhead squats, Michael Phelps, and Sun gods.

 

The Thang:

 

5 exercises: Bent over rows, Outlaws, Squats, Overhead Press, X men merkins.  B.O.S.O.X.

10 reps of each exercise, and then PAX would take a lap around that section of the parking lot.  Rinse and repeat.  End with a little Mary.
