WARMUP: Mozy n things
THE THANG: Mozy to the sidewalk hill. Pax paired up. First pair ran up the hill while remaining Pax did squats. First pair done running , next pair goes until all has gone. Next round was bear crawls half way up, jog back, while Pax does squat jumps. Last rd was LBCs while pair Bernie Sanders up the hill and jogs back.
Next mozy to the stairs. Pair runs up the stairs across the top and down the other stairs and back across, while Pax does wall merkins, then next pair goes…2nd rd was lunges.
Last, pair sprinted across the grass in front of the stage and sprinted back, while remaining Pax did big boys, then next Pair went…etc.
We then split into two groups and played high card. Winners picked the exercise and did the low card rep count, losers did the high card rep count. Did this about 6-8 times.
