We used a circuit timer, set at four minutes to set the pace for our beat down. Starting on the stage, we ran to the top of the stairs, where we did three Burpee‘s. We ran back down the other stairs to the stage, where we performed 20 Merkins, 20 alternating V ups, and 20 mountain climbers. Whatever time we had remaining in our four minutes, we used to stretch. The Q lead the stretching routine, pushing hard to get through the work out, so there would be more time for the ever so important stretching. Later in the morning, the cue, twisted Glamour Shots arm, trying to get him to let Weasley, whose name is not on the list of PAX, to come to the second F lunch. I believe the Q was successful and look forward to eating sushi with Weasley.
