Coach Twilight brought his 3 favorite conditioning drills to the Vineyard.
1st – 10 pushups at the base of the hill then a sprint up the hill. We didn’t start the next round until the 6 was ready. We did 10 rounds of 10 pushups and 1 hill sprint.
2nd – 6 minutes of Burpee Broad Jumps. We made it a little competition to see who can travel the farthest distance in 6 minutes. Tiny Tat won, obviously.
3rd – We brought out the basketball goal again to shoot free throws for suicides. If you made the shot, we ran 1 suicide. If you missed, we ran a suicide but did 15 bobby hurles at each stop.
The Vineyard learned that Nesquik was in a band back in the day. It was a 80s hair band!
