WARMUP: Mosey then (most) did BBS in the wet grass…some lightweights went to the concrete. Stretch and swingy arm stuff.
THE THANG: BOMBS in Tour de Avery fashion. Mixing running and bear crawls, did exercises at the poles around the school. Either 10 each or x+1. Ended with 60 Burpees, 200 Air Press, 210 Merkins, 60 BBS, and 210ish squats plus some running.
