Pair up and grab one coupon per person, 10 reps of each x 3 times total
- Hand touch merkins with partner
- Big boy sit-ups with coupon hand off
- Overhead press, 1 at a time and hand off
- Back to back and hand around coupon to partner
- Overhead tricep extension
- Bicep Curls
Bear crawl to 20 yard line and back and start over.
Once finished with doing it 3 times, jog one lap around the football field.
Pair up again for farmer carry workout, x 2 times total
30/10 – end zone, 30 merkins, farmer carry to 30 yard line, 10 squats, then other partner farmer carry back.
25/15 and so on
Had to end early because of time. Great workout, guys seemed to enjoy it!
