We dusted off the coupons and took them for a “Tour de Slab”! Started with a warm-o-rama. Took the coupons to the top of the hill at the entrance. We rifle-carried around median and did 20 Merkins – 3 sets of this with 1 each of Inclines, Declines and regular merkins. We then took the coupons down the hill to the edge of the cul-de-sac. We did a Dora with Coupons – At the bottom of the hill we did 100 Curls, 100 BBSU’s and 100 Squats. The other PAX would run to the top of the hill and do 3 merkins. We then went to the very bottom of the hill. We did a ring of fire – holding the rifle carry while each PAX did 5 overhead shoulder presses. Eggplant made that one real painful with very slow presses. We then did 10 man-makers. Lastly we did an indian run all the way to the top of the hill and mosied back down. Took the coupons back and ended right on time at the flag.
