Warm up: SSH, Weedpickers, Sun Gods
- Run to the gate and back. On the way out, start with 2 merkins at the first light pole and increase by 2 all the way to the gate. 156 total merkins. On the way back, start with one squat at the first light pole and increase by 1 back to the flag.
- Pick a coupon. 10 bent over rows. Run to playground and do 3 pullups. Run back to coupon and do 9 BOR. 3 pullups, 8 BOR, etc.
We ran more than expected – over 3 miles. Good workout with good men.
