Started with a warm-o-rama. Weed pickers, SSH, Sun Gods, Michael Phelps. Increased the intensity with a session of Thunderstruck. SSH to the song Thunderstruck and Burpees on the word Thunder.
10 second cool down and moved to “The Thang”.
Dora style, One partner runs the internal loop, up/down stairs and then swap with partner.
Each group will perform the following exercises.
Closed out the session with some Blue Light ab routine
Crunches (Feet flat)
Crunches (Feet in a table top)
Crunch with Left leg in table top and Right pointing up
Crunch with Right leg in table top and Left pointing up
Crunch with both legs up and reaching for alternating feet
Crunch with leg stacked on Left
Crunch with leg stacked on Right
Repeat once more.
